Try this wine with medium flavoured foods - Roast lamb, Turkey or Duck; and mild cheeses such as White Castella or Cheddar. I am sure you will enjoy the second cuvee of Rumball Sparkling Merlot.

Deep ruby red in colour with a fine persistent bead. This wine displays aromas of liqueur cherry and dark chocolate, savoury and exotic spice nuances with a light fresh oak influence. The palate exhibits round rich fruits and is earthy and complex with fresh spice, cherry and fine oak.
