Pirathon is dark red-black in colour. The perfumed bouquet is lifted with rich aromas of fruit cake, roses, blackcurrant, chocolate, nutmeg spice and wild berry. Characters of dark chocolate and fruit cake, briarry notes and cedar, tangs of liquorice and a touch of spice. The serious and complex palate is mouthfilling, the dark fruit is generous and marvelously balanced by oak barrel characters. This powerful full-bodied wine is multi-dimensional, with a solid structure and fine integrated tannins. Simply a paramount expression of sleek yet earthy Barossa Shiraz, Pirathon is a very complex and opulent wine with an exceptionally lengthy finish.

An engaging nose, with red cherries, spice, red liquorice, cinnamon and five spice, a bit of dried meat. The palate showed red fruits and spice, displaying good fruit intensity. There are also some lovely tannins and the length is good length. A food friendly wine; if you open a bottle don’t be in a hurry to drink it quickly, because it will evolve in the glass.

Ripe, bold and lifted Shiraz flavours predominate the nose, rich plum fruits and mocha supported by the French and American oak.
This wine was made to showcase the unique flavours of Shiraz, the palate tends to be fruit driven but balanced and lengthened by the older oak flavours. A sweet mid palate, soft tannins and warmth of character have created a wine with both power and finesse.

Mountadam Barossa Shiraz is a blend of High Eden and Barossa floor fruit. This combination produces wines that have the elegance of the cooler Eden Valley and the richness of traditional Barossa Valley wines.
This wine has a dark red colour wih faint purple tinges. The primary aromas are of ripe cherry and white pepper with the intensity of blackberry and rich plum fruit characters. Hints of liquorice and tobacco carry through onto the palate which is complemented with the dark fruit flavours and firm tannin.

Dark, dense purple with blue-purple tinges.
Medium bodied, with the shiraz on silk sensation of previous Langi's, the fruit is tight with spicey-pepper, sweet blackfruits and sublte hints of dried herb flavours coming through. The tannin structure is familar; supple & softly pressed, but commanding. The tannins build the good length and lingering aftertaste of earthy- sweet blackfruits, menthol, and pepper .

A deepened crimson with a purple core.
The nose is complex and beguiling, with notes of demi-glace and roasting pan juices, beneath scents of pipe tobacco, vanilla and pencil shavings oak - much more than just a simple varietal offering.
The palate is full-bodied, refined and taut showing dark, black conserve fruit flavours with Satsuma plum notes to the fore. Further liqueur chocolate and spice flavours are impregnated by overt, chewy and ripe tannins. To sum up, the integrated fruit, oak and acid loudly proclaim harmony and balance. The 2004 vintage conditions were first class and
rank alongside and recent exemplary vintage. This, the 2004 vintage, is a real Bin 28, showing polish, poise and pedigree.

A vibrant and glistening, raspberry red.
The nose shows an immediate, tell-tale cool climate waft of ground black pepper. Notes of sarsaparilla, cola, soy, dark fruits and a hint of bayleaf follow with a swirl of the glass. Cedary oak aromas provide a background, with the slightest suggestion of an aligned char.
As enticing as the flavour mix of redliquorice, juniper and rhubarb may be, it is the mouthwatering acidity, coupled with the fine, grainy tannins that are the current palate feature. The 2004 Bin 128 is a medium bodied wine of impressive length and flavour persistence.
