Redbank began sourcing selected fruit from many of Victoria’s premium wine growing regions. This was the beginning of the Long Paddock tradition. Today, Redbank selects much of its fruit for our Long Paddock wines from the high altitude King and Ovens Valleys in Victoria’s North East.

The Long Paddock Chardonnay displays restrained, complex aromas of peach and pear. Apple and lime juice are well integrated with a creamy fragrance of guava and spices. On the palate gentle supple stone fruits and citrus develop harmoniously into a long tangy tightness on the finish. The sumptuously ripened fruit flavour will encourage the wine to develop greater complexities over the short term .
